i recently read an article about a man who has dedicated his life to pizza
he is known as the jiro of pizza in philadelphia
jiro, you know? from jiro dreams of sushi ?- the guy who has mastered sushi making so much so that he is known as the best - is so well known as the best that the documentary was made about him....

there is something beautiful about this idea of mastering an art simply out of repetition and love

repeating each step in a process so many times that you do it without thinking; like breathing and seeing - and without realizing, allowing it become your life.

sometimes i wish i could do anything as well as these two men prepare food.
