psychic

yesterday my sister asked tony and i what we thought about psychic powers. if, indeed, we humans only use 10% of our brains, then are there not infinite possibilities of what we could do if we accessed more of that brain power? how could we do so?
then i found this article. but i keep an open mind...

as much as i believe in my sister's psychic abilities, and in my own (have i told you the music box story?) it's hard to know what is divine psychic intervention and what is not. is there a difference?

last week a psychic stopped me on the street and said she wanted to read tarot cards for me. i had never been approached before but had passed by this woman's shop hundreds of times (4 blocks from my house) curious enough to hear what she had to say, i went inside and had her read the cards to me. she said she sensed a negativity from me, that's what drew her to me as i passed by. she wanted to help me.

the next day another woman down at union square stopped me and asked if she could read my palm. now, despite the fact that i had already confirmed that i thought the whole thing was hokey pokey, i was intrigued that i was being stopped two times in two days after never having been stopped in my life. no, this second psychic did not confirm my negativity, in fact she said exactly the opposite about my aura. what could i make of all this?

i was giving off some kind of energy in those two days. whether it was really meaningful or just an aura of "i'm a sucker" both ladies were able to pick up on it.

Hey ! What's the music box story ?
The only music box story that I know is, Laurel and Hardy's, the one about the other monkey !
Regarding the article, which btw was pretty boring, I do not see the relationship between the percentage of the brain we use ( I only use 7% according to the last time I measured) and our ability to perceive things. Seems to me that that quality does not come from the brain but from the soul. Mine, which I only use 23% of , is located in my left foot.
Cheers y Viva EspaƱa !!
