i just read a post on someone else' blog about vacation - how it makes you feel better about life. this picture is from my last vacation; last week at yosemite. erk and i are laying on a rock that is at the top of the tallest waterfall in the country. the hike up was exhausting, but made the experience of laying up there that much more amazing. sort of like vacations in general - you can appreciate them more after working hard. it also helps give you a fresh perspective.
