public thank you

thank you for the packages (notice the "s") of baby stuff addressed to buster and signed by your family
thank you for the subsequent, more mysterious package of MORE baby stuff, along with mommy stuff and even DOG stuff (that really threw us off) addressed to chloe, and signed by no one...the mystery was part of the fun...along with the fact that i LOVE mail
these FOUR packages seemed to be more than sufficient in demonstrating your thoughtfulness, love and ability to always go above and beyond for the people you care about
but last night's surprise was awesome too. again, the mysterious question "will you be home between 7-9?" made the waiting almost as enjoyable as the surprise. so many yummy, fresh-direct treats! i feel undeserving of so much attention. but the first thing i thought when i saw those EIGHTEEN bottles of organic lemonade was, "ooh i can freeze those flavors into my popsicle tray and bring them with me to the birth center for labor!"
so, thank you- from the baby and its parents. you are already an awesome aunt.
